Approaching York on the A19 proceed straight ahead on reaching the roundabout at the outer ring road (A1237) and follow the signs for the City Centre. Continue for approximately 2 miles, until you travel under the footbridge to St. Peter’s School. Turn left onto Bootham Crescent (the Grange Hotel will be on your right). We’re then 200 metres on the right.

From the A1 take the A59 and follow the signs to York. Turn left at the outer ring road (A1237) and right at the intersection with the A19 to City Centre. Then follow directions as A19.

Travel North on the M1 until it joins the A1 (M) then follow the signs for the A64 York. Travelling East on the A64, take the A1237 (York outer ring road) and continue for approximately 5 miles following the signs to Thirsk (A19). On reaching the roundabout at the A19 turn right to the City Centre and continue for approximately 2 miles, until you travel under the footbridge to St. Peter’s School. Turn left onto Bootham Crescent (the Grange Hotel will be on your right). We’re then 200 metres on the right.

From the direction of Scarborough turn right at the York outer ring road (A1237) and follow the signs for Thirsk (A19). From Hull turn right onto the A64 heading East and left at the York outer ring road. At the intersection with the A19 turn left to the City Centre and continue for approximately 2 miles, until you travel under the footbridge to St. Peter’s School. Turn left onto Bootham Crescent (the Grange Hotel will be on your right). We’re then 200 metres on the right.

Travel East on the M62 coming off at Junction 29 onto the M1 North. Follow the signs for the A1 (M) and A64 to York then proceed along the A1237 (York outer ring road) until reaching the A19 (approximately 5 miles). Turn right at the roundabout and follow signs for City Centre and continue for approximately 2 miles, until you travel under the footbridge to St. Peter’s School. Turn left onto Bootham Crescent (the Grange Hotel will be on your right). We’re then 200 metres on the right.
