Payment
On departure, by the following methods:

• Sterling cash
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards (3% surcharge)

Cancellation

7 or more days notice, no charge
Less than 7 days notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room

Check-In

• 11.30am - 1.30pm
• or 4.30pm - 7.00pm

If you would like to check-in outside these times we are flexible but require prior notice.

Check-Out

10.00am allows us to prepare for new arrivals, but you're welcome to leave luggage with us if you wish to spend more time enjoying historic York.

Non-Smoking

For the health and safety of our guests, Number 34 is non-smoking throughout. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be charged £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the credit / debit card used to secure the room.

Pets

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
